In the News: The Environmental Working Group found alarming levels of chlormequat in 12 oat-based products!

The Environmental Working Group, (EWG.org) is an organization that I trust and like to share with my community. They are a lookout organization for consumers, and keep us informed of the chemicals corporations are putting into our foods and products.

There most recent tests have found Chlormequat in many oat based products, including many children’s cereals. Chlormequat has been linked to disrupting fetal growth, changing sperm motility, and harming the nervous system.
