Support the Future Generations Protection Act!

Representative Jan Schakowsky and Congresswoman Nanette Barragán introduced the Future Generations Protection Act, an anti fossil fuels bill that would ban greenhouse gas emissions from all new power plants, stop hydraulic fracking, and ban crude oil and natural gas exports.  As the West Coast burns and the East Coast faces massive hurricanes, we need to fight back against one of the biggest contributors to climate change – fossil fuels.

Stop the Sale of GMO Salmon!

GMO salmon, the first genetically engineered animal allowed to be sold for food, could end up on our plates as soon as this fall. Take action to stop GMO salmon from being sold to food service companies.

The GMO salmon company, AquaBounty, could sell its product to restaurants and food service giants that serve millions of meals, like Aramark and Compass Group. We all have a right to know what we are eating, but GMO salmon sold in restaurants or cafeterias won’t have to be labeled.

Tell food service companies and restaurants to keep unlabeled GMO salmon off our plates!
