I’m am psyched for the beginning of the school year, and bringing more fresh vegetables into the school lunch program! The Glen Cove School District has agreed to follow in NY City’s footsteps and join the Meatless Monday Campaign, so going forward, Mondays will be meat free in Glen Cove! What a great beginning to the school year! Stay tuned for more updates!

My guest this week on the Progressive Radio Station is Dr. Maria D. Michael. Dr. Michael is a world renowned and respected medical intuitive, channel, empath, healer, psychic and teacher, and has been working in community for over 40 years. She has been awarded 5 advanced degrees (all Summa Cum Laude), including a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. She has doctorate-level training in Neuropsychology and Special Education and extensive post-doctoral studies in Psychoanalysis and Jungian Psychology. Additionally, Dr. Michael is trained and experienced in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Hypnotherapy, LENS  (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) and Neurolinguistic Programming. She is a Lakota/Navajo traditional elder, and has participated in and led traditional Native ceremonies and doctored alongside Lakota Medicine people. I’m thrilled to have her joining me on the Progressive Radio Network, just a few months before her weekend retreat here on Long Island.
