Monarch butterfly populations are down more than 95 percent since the 1980s, due to pesticides, lack of habitat and a rapidly heating climate.
A huge cause of this decline is directly linked to toxic pesticides like Bayer-Monsanto’s Roundup and other neonicotinoids. Neonicotinoids are absorbed by plants and are toxic to bees and humans alike! Massive use of these toxic weedkillers has decimated the ONLY food source for monarch caterpillars, has added to the decline of bee populations, and are making people sick.
We need to get rid of them once and for all!!
Lowe’s and Home Depot continue to sell glyphosate — a.k.a. the active ingredient in Bayer-Monsanto’s Roundup® — putting millions at risk from this toxic pesticide. Will you demand Lowe’s and Home Depot put the planet before Big Ag profits?
