Yesterday I had a great interview with Mark Winne about his new book, Food Town USA, and how the good food movement is infiltrating even the least suspected places. Mark traveled the country and highlighted 7 cities where the food community is working together to make a change. The book focuses on how farmers markets, restaurants featuring local foods, and food activists are changing the landscape and the way people are eating around the country.
