Yesterday, I had the opportunity to interview Leslie Cerier, the Organic Gourmet. Talking with her was like sitting around the table with an old dear friend, having?a cup of tea. Our mutual passion is to inspire people to cook, healthy, deliciously luscious, real food, and Leslie is really doing it! She just finished a weekend up at the Omega Institute, teaching gluten-free cooking, and she has a few workshops coming up at The Kripalu Center in Lenox, Mass. Her latest e-book, Visionary Cooking: Food for the Eyes, is filled with many tips on eating to maintain good eye sight, and to help with diseases like Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration.
