iEat Green: An Interview with Darina Allen

My interview today with Darina Allen, from the Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Ireland, was like sitting down with an old friend over a cup of tea, The work she has done in Ireland, to nurture the land, to raise awareness about the connection between healthy soil and delicious vegetables, to train chefs and mothers alike, teaching people how to cook, and teaching life skills that have been lost, is truly inspiring. It shows you just how much one person can change the world! She was also the life force behind bringing farmers markets to Ireland and the Slow Food Movement! Darina is certainly a soul sister of mine, and I welcome you to listen to our wonderful interview together.
