Yesterday, I interviewed Frederique Keller, a long time bee keeper and a healer. She is a licensed acupuncturist, with a specialty in medicinal herbs and bee therapy. Bee therapy incorporates all of the different parts of the hive for medicinal purposes, and even uses bee venom to combat different inflammations and diseases like arthritis, multiple sclerosis and asthma. Did you know that bee propolis is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungul? You can use it for all sorts of ailments and skin conditions, and Frederique even shared with us a simple recipe to make a salve, which she posted on her website. I learned so much from our short interview, and there was so much more I wanted to ask, I will need to invite her on again.
