Last week, I attended the documentary film screening of “Generation Zapped“, sponsored by the Citizens for 5G Awareness. Wow, was that scary and eye opening! As a person so concerned about what we put in our bodies, and how we treat our environment, I realized how ignorant I am when it comes to the dangers flying all around us in our exposure to radiation! In the last 10 years, the amount of radiation we are all exposed to has not just doubled or quadrupled, it has increased by 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 (I don’t even know how to say that number!) Did you know allowable exposure limits in the US are 100 times higher than those in Italy, Switzerland, Russia and China? And now, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is rolling out the latest technology, a 5G network, which will use frequencies that are much higher than anything we have ever been exposed to before, and that it uses untested millimeter waves? We all need to come together, educate ourselves, demand safety testing, and learn how we can minimize the dangers to ourselves, our family, and our communities. 

Senator Blumenthal, D-Conn., a member of the Senate Commerce Committee, and Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., wrote to the FCC Commissioner, Brendan Carr, seeking information on how his agency has determined 5G technology is safe. They are demanding to see the scientific data that proves 5G does not pose health risks – including cancer.  https://ctmirror.org/2018/12/03/blumenthal-wants-fcc-prove-5g-wireless-technology-safe/

Please join the movement, and ask Senator Gillibrand, Senator Schumer and Congressman Tom Suozzi to join Senator Blumenthal by writing their own letter to the federal government demanding that they show the scientific data that proves 5G does not pose health risks – including cancer.  With plans of placing these 5G antennas every 2-10 homes, we deserve to know and we expect our elected officials to protect us.
