Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients
1- 12 oz. package of organic riced cauliflower
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery
1 Tbsp minced garlic,
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 cup frozen organic peas
2 Tbsp coconut amino acids
2 tsp dark sesame oil
¼ cup cilantro
1 lg or 2 small carrots, diced
1 tsp hot sesame oil
Procedure
1. In a wok, sauté onions, celery and carrots in olive oil with garlic and ginger for 7 minutes.
2. Add the riced cauliflower, and peas.
3. Add the cilantro, coconut amino acids (to replace soy sauce), and the hot and dark sesame oil.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
*Feel free to add other vegetables. I was serving it on the side of a Vegetable Stir-Fry, so I didn’t want anymore veggies.
