An Interview with Ellen Kamhi

Hi Everyone,

This was another great week! On Sunday, I participated in Slow Food New York City‘s Meatless Monday on Sunday’s Cookoff and I made my Dreamy Vegan Moussaka. I am happy to report that I won the sponsor award! Later that evening, I celebrated the new Board of Directors of my local Slow Food Chapter, Slow Food Huntington, and we honored my past co-chair, Ann Rathkopf, who is stepping down after founding the chapter and serving as co-chair for the past 6 years.? The event was wonderful! The food was great, the company was great, and the ambiance was perfect! The biodynamic wine, poured by Macari Vineyards, and the craft beer by Blind Bat Brewery, added to the local flavor of the dinner. Stay tuned for Slow Food Huntington’s next event!

This week, my guest on my radio show will be Ellen Kamhi, the Natural Nurse. Ellen is a colleague of mine and has her own show on PRN, which airs every Tuesday at 10am EST.
