iEat Green Radio: An Interview with Colleen Patrick-Goudreau

Print Friendly

Bhavani Jaroff iEat Green PRNYesterday’s guest on iEat Green with Bhavani on the Progressive Radio Network was Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, an author, vegan chef, and an advocate for a compassionate diet. Her passion and dedication is palpable. I was so impressed with her 30 Day Vegan Challenge, that I really want to share it with all of you.

There is certainly something to be said about a great cookbook, and there are many, but this program is different. It is an opportunity for someone to be taken from their usual standard American diet, and to be guided each day with new words of wisdom, skills for healthful shopping, recipes for cooking, and resources and support to follow through.

The way it works is that you purchase “The 30 Day Vegan  Challenge” and then each day, you will receive an email that guides you daily through the process. You’ll learn about stocking your pantry, reading labels, affordable eating, eating out and restaurant guide, packing lunches, baking without eggs, etc.

With the holidays coming up, you can even send it as a gift! What a wonderful way to help improve the health of someone you love.
