The USDA has just decided to extend the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and continue to offer free breakfast and lunch to any student, regardless of family income, for the rest of the 2020/2021 school year. This even applies to curb side pick up of bagged meals for those students choosing to learn from home. This is great news to all the families struggling to put food on the table! The percentage of households experiencing food insecurity in the U.S. has doubled overall, and tripled among households with children.

Voting intimidation is happening across the country, and it is getting ugly! This election is the most contentious election in the history of our country, and it has people on edge and losing sleep over it.
