iEat Green’s Last Zoom Class is TODAY! Join Us for Some Vegan Desserts! Plant Based Chef, Ramses Bravo, Joins Bhavani on PRN!

Hi All,

As sheltering in place loosens up and people are venturing out, there seems to be less time for zoom classes. Therefore, this coming Wednesday  will be my last zoom class for now, and I wanted to give you all a heads up, in case you wanted to join.

We’ll start with a Raw Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake made with cashew cream, then a Mixed Berry Torte made with fresh seasonal fruit, and finally, my “go to” easy Walnut Raspberry Linzer Tart Cookies. We will be making all of the desserts using gluten free flour, but you can substitute regular flour or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour if you prefer. Unfortunately, all of the recipes contain nuts, so if you have a nut allergy, this isn’t the class for you. (sorry)

If you want me to send you the recipes ahead of time, please register here.

Plant Based Chef, Ramses Bravo from TrueNorth Health Center Joins Bhavani on the Progressive Radio Network!

My guest this week on the Progressive Radio Network is Ramses Bravo, the Executive Chef at TrueNorth Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA. TrueNorth Health Center promotes an integrative approach to healing, which includes fasting and a plant based diet, and Chef Ramses has been cooking up exquisite meals there for the past thirteen years.

He is the creator of Bravopb.com where you can find his online plant based cooking courses, as well as his books, Bravo and Bravo Express cookbooks.

Although he trained as a regular chef, with a little intervention from the universe, he found himself working as a plant based chef, and it has transformed his life. I hope you can join us for the conversation!

My radio show, iEat Green with Bhavani on the Progressive Radio Network is live, every Thursday, from 10-11 am, EST.  To tune in to the live show, just navigate to PRN.fm and listen in!
