This week, I had the pleasure of inviting Jeffrey Smith back into the studio to talk about his new documentary film, Secret Ingredients,  and the untold dangers that are lurking in our foods. Jeffrey Smith is the Executive Director of the Institute for Responsible Technology, (IRT) a leading source of GMO health risk information for consumers, policymakers, and healthcare professionals. For more than two decades, Mr. Smith’s research has exposed how biotech companies mislead policymakers and the public and put the health of society and environment at risk. Slow Food North Shore screened his first documentary film, Genetic Roulette — The Gamble of Our Lives, back in 2014, and we are very excited to be screening his new film, Secret Ingredients, on  Sunday, January 26th. Jeffrey Smith will be present at the screening and will be available to answer any questions following the film. I hope you can join us for this very informative film.

Slow Food North Shore and The Landmark on Main Street, will be hosting a free screening of the film,  Secret Ingredients, on Sunday, Jan. 26th, 3-5 pm, with producer, Jeffrey Smith, and moderator, Bhavani Jaroff, at The Landmark on Main Street in Port Washington!
