Dr. Graham is a Harvard-trained physician, who specializes in Holistic and Functional Medicine, and teaching people how to cook. He co-founded FRESH Medicine with his partner and wife Julie, and together they run their integrative health and wellness center located in NYC. FRESH is an acronym for the five ingredients in their recipe to health: Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep and Happiness.

In 2018, Dr. Graham obtained his culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute, and has gone on to prescribe “food as medicine” to his patients. He is an expert in gut health (65% of his practice deals with SIBO, IBS, GERD, candida and leaky gut), as well as chronic disease (high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity) prevention and reversal and autoimmune management.

All of the meals they create are low in sugar and salt, and high in vegetable and nutrient content. If you would like to try out the meals, he is offering a discount coupon, just type in FRESH20 to recieve a 20% discount at check out!
