It was so great to have Carla Perez-Gallardo on my show! I’ve known Carla since she was in nursery school at the Waldorf School in Garden City, and it’s 
been so awesome watching her career take off! Lil’ Deb’s Oasis, the restaurant she owns in Hudson, NY, is a full expression of her creativity, and her commitment to authenticity and community. Going to Lil’s Deb’s Oasis is like entering an art installation, except it’s better, because you also get to eat some amazing food! The food they serve is eclectic, bringing together Carla’s rich Ecuadorian culture, her prior partners southern heritage, and their combined experience working in a Vietnamese restaurant. It is uniquely their own, and it is comfort food at it’s best, and a breath of fresh air in the Hudson Valley!
