iEat Green Shares Interview with Andrew Faust, Permaculturalist and Founder of the Center for Bioregional Living.

Hi Everyone,

I just finished my interview with Andrew Faust, and came away with a feeling of hope for our future.  Andrew is one of the premier Permaculture teachers and designers in North America, and he is thinking way out of the box in re-imagining how we can redesign our entire infrastructure from the ground up, beginning with changing peoples values and perception. He is not only addressing how we think about our food system, but also how permaculture can effect our water systems, energy systems and our local economies.

Andrew is applying his knowledge of permaculture to the urban landscape in Brooklyn, while simultaneously running his Center for Bioregional Living in Ellenville, NY., where he offers hands-on educational experiences for his clients. During Covid, all of his classes have gone online, but he hopes to resume the “in person” courses soon.
