iEat Green Shares Interview with Michael Schoudel, Chef and Owner of Conscious Kitchen!

What a breath of fresh air, talking with chef and owner, Michael Schoudel of Conscious Kitchen. It is not everyday that I get to meet a business owner that is so committed to the environmental impact that their business has on the environment. Michael Schoudel is a rare breed. He thinks about, not only his food purchases ( almost 100% organic and local when possible), but also gives a lot of thought into how he packages his food, using compostable, bio-plastic and recycling containers for his home delivery service. His business model is inclusive, with no minimum on delivery, he has made it possible for even single member households to order from his menu. Conscious Kitchen offers mostly plant based meals, but in an effort to accommodate his multi-diet families, he also offers organic chicken, pasture raised eggs, and wild fish and seafood.
