This time around, Rising Appalachia, who shares many of the same ideals, has come on board to partner. It was an amazing interview, so if you missed it you can listen to it here!

I won’t be putting out a newsletter this coming week, and will be replaying my interview with Dr. Drew Ramsy, author of The Happiness Diet, 50 Shades of Kale, and now his latest book, Eat Complete: The 21 Nutrients That Fuel Brainpower, Boost Weight Loss & Transform Your Health. If you never heard this interview, do have a listen.
