Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Terry Daniels, one of the founders of hOurWorld, an organization that serves as a resource to communities wanting to set up Time Banked, Community Service Exchange programs in their towns. I remember how excited I was, the first time I heard about this concept. It is based on the philosophy of “neighbor helping neighbor,” where all services are created equal, and everyone is giving and receiving. It creates an equality currency, 
based on relationships and a time economy. I love the concept, and would love to see a program like this on Long Island! Anyone interested?
