Today, I had the pleasure of interviewing Brian Hetrich, the Greenhouse and Organic Garden Manager at the Hippocrates Health institute in West Palm Beach. He shared with us his life’s journey, from corporate business man to nutritionist to Natural Doctor, and then finally to the Hippocrates Health Institute. His clear articulation in explaining the philosophy behind food as medicine, and his own personal path to healing, was truly inspiring! The life giving forces within raw foods, and especially sprouts, is the key to optimum health, along with 3 daily shots of wheatgrass juice, which purifies our blood, stimulates our metabolism and detoxifies our liver.
