Tell Congress to Protect our Local Pesticide Laws!

This is urgent! Congress is debating this NOW!!

Bayer-Monsanto and other pesticide giants are pressuring Congress to include language in the 2026 Farm Bill that would overturn state and local pesticide laws nationwide.

We need everyone to ACT NOW!! Tell Congress to pass the amendment that would remove this dangerous provision and protect the laws communities rely on to safeguard farmworkers and children, as well as pollinators like bees.

Click here to tell Congress to support this amendment and protect state and local pesticide laws. Your voice can help stop the spread of toxic pesticides.

Pesticides like glyphosate, paraquat and neonics have been linked to serious health harms, including cancer. State and local communities have taken action to better protect their residents – but that progress is now at risk. Bayer-Monsanto is pushing hard to take that power away.

This is a critical chance to stop them. Take action: Tell Congress to support this amendment to the 2026 Farm Bill and protect state and local pesticide laws.

Protect Our Kids from Social Media Bad Food Ads!

Kidfluencers and Junk Food Advertising - Behind the News In March, a jury found that Meta and Google were negligent in designing their social media platforms in a way that was addictive to kids. The longer kids stay on social media platforms, the more ads they see, and many of those ads are geared to unhealthy foods and drinks. Food companies know that getting kids hooked on their products when they are young, will follow them into adulthood. The fact that the foods are unhealthy, doesn’t matter. What matters to them is profit!

Right now, Congress has a chance to act:

  • The current Senate version of the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) prohibits social media companies from using design features that drive addictive use and harm young people.
  • The current Senate version of Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act 2.0 prohibits the collection and use of kids’ data for the purposes of targeting them with advertising and applies that protection to kids up to 17.

Unfortunately, some lawmakers, especially those in the House, are trying to weaken these bills or block states from passing their own protections.  We can’t let that happen.

Tell your representatives to support strong Senate versions of KOSA and COPPA 2.0.
