iEat Green Shares Interview with Plant Based Executive Chef, Ramses Bravo!

Hi All,

This past Thursday I had the pleasure of interviewing Chef Bravo, who is the executive chef at TrueNorth Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA, where he specializes in all plant based cooking. His recipe’s are not just plant based, but they are also free of salt, sugar and oil, offering the best in meals for optimum health.

Although he trained as a regular chef, and was very skeptical of this new position he took on almost 13 years ago, it has transformed his life, brought him personally to optimal health, and he couldn’t be happier.

His current goal is to share what he has learned with as many people as possible, and he is doing that through his website, Bravopb.com, his cookbooks and his online cooking classes.
