The Long Island Progressive Coalition, along with their partners at NY Renews, Nassau Indivisible, and Our Climate, LIPC is supporting SOMETHING BIG on Wednesday, April 7th to draw critical attention to the climate, jobs, and justice recovery that we need!

They will hold small, outdoor rallies across Long Island in support and demand of the New York Climate Community Investment Act (CCIA) and the National THRIVE Agenda. With the excitement brewing, they have one ask for you: register for an action near you.

• Rally for Climate, Jobs, & Justice with Assemblyman Englebright @ 2:30pm

• Pass the CCIA, Make Polluters Pay with Senator Kaminsky @ 4:00pm

• Time to THRIVE Rally with Kathleen Rice @ 6:00pm

It’s gonna be a big deal; both the state and federal legislature will be in recess, so your reps will be back home in your district. It’s the perfect time to pull their attention to CCIA and THRIVE and their vision for justice, a livable future, and good paying jobs.
