Dining with Diabetes is a cooking and nutrition education series designed for individuals with diabetes, their family members, and caregivers.  Through weekly, hands-on workshops, participants will learn how to manage diabetes through meal planning, cooking demonstrations, and nutritional guidance.

Free, but advance registration required. Space is limited!  To register, visit Roosevelt Public Library.  This 4-part series will be held on Thursdays from 5:30–7:30 PM, starting October 30th.
