Please join the third of my Vegan Summer Cooking Classes and learn how to make delicious pasta dishes!

Taking place on Thursday August 7th from 5-8pm

The class will be hands on, beginning with harvesting vegetables from the onsite organic garden and culminating with a Farm to Table Dinner. Come join us for an evening in the garden and kitchen at the iEat Green Homestead. I can’t wait to share my Vegan Summer Cooking Classes with you all!

Menu for the evening:

• Pesto, Sundried Tomatoes and Vegan Brie Baguettes
• Spaghetti Puttanesca
• Pesto Bow Ties with Broccoli and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
• Creamy Lemon Linguini Pasta with Shiitake Mushrooms
• Caesar Salad
• Mixed Berry Cobbler Dessert
