What began as a simple but elegant food sold by Tokyo street vendors, has become a worldwide phenomenon in the past 30 years. Sushi: The Global Catch is a new documentary that explores how we can all enjoy this delicacy, while preserving the ocean and protecting the overfishing of Blue Finn Tuna and many other favorites.  Q&A following the film with Niaz Dorry of NAMA and film Director Mark Hall, via Skype.
