This years conference is being co-hosted by? the Social Service Ministry.
We will start? with a panel outlining key hunger issues at the city, state and federal level in 2014-15, and conclude with a talk by HRA Commissioner Steven Banks, a long time? lawyer and director for legal aid in NYC.

There will also be workshops on food policy and food justice;? how to engage low-income guests in public policy advocacy; and, the campaign for? a higher minimum wage and to combat wage theft. We will also outline our new project to help EFPs with SNAP advocacy and fundraising (particularly in? NYC)
