Mediterranean Cooking Class

Hi All,

Please join the second of my Vegan Summer Cooking Classes and learn how to make delicious Mediterranean dishes from scratch!

This Mediterranean Cooking Class is taking place on Thursday July 24th from 5-8pm

The class will be hands on, beginning with harvesting vegetables from the onsite organic garden and culminating with a Farm to Table Dinner. Come join us for an evening in the garden and kitchen at the iEat Green Homestead. I can’t wait to share my Vegan Summer Cooking Classes with you all!

Menu for the evening:

• Hummos
• Baba Ghannouj
• Moussaka with Eggplant, Potatoes and Béchamel Sauce
• Stuffed Zucchini with Tomato Coulis
• Israeli Cous Cous Pilaf
• Tabouli Salad
• Coconut Rice Pudding with Rose Water Dessert
