Tisch Food Center Executive Director Pam Koch will present alongside Syracuse University’s Jennifer Wilkins at the Institute for Human Nutrition’s Teaching About Food Systems Workshop on June 8th and 9th. In their interactive session, they will present a framework for incorporating sustainable dietary guidance into food system education, and ideas for sustainable thinking and action in the university classroom.
