Hi All, Please join the first of my Vegan Summer Cooking Classes and learn how to make Seitan from scratch!
Taking place on Saturday June 21st from 12pm-5pm.
I am so excited to be starting my classes back up again with my first series: Vegan Summer Cooking Classes!
For those of you who do not know what
seitan is, seitan is wheat meat, and it is a wonderful protein alternative for vegetarians and vegans and it is a staple part of my diet. However, because it is made from wheat, it is not a good alternative for those with Celiac Disease or a wheat sensitivity. One of the reasons I love seitan so much is it’s versatility. You can make it into cutlets, for my favorite dish, Seitan Marsala or Seitan Parmesan, or you can cut it into chunks for a Seitan Stroganoff or Bolognese. The possibilities are endless!
Come join us for a day in the garden and kitchen at the iEat Green Homestead. I can’t wait to share my Vegan Summer Cooking Classes with you all!

and a medley of vegetable from the garden!
