January 19: iEat Green Cooking Class @NOFA Winter Conference

I will be doing a One Wok, Three Meals workshop for Beginning, Intermediate or Advanced students at this year’s NOFA-NY Winter Conference; demonstrating how easy it is to create quick, delicious, healthy meals, from around the world, using fresh vegetables from her garden. Meals for this workshop are Japanese Stir Fried Vegetables served with Rice Noodles in a Sesame Sauce, Mixed Vegetables in a Coconut Curry Sauce served with Saffron Rice, and Mediterranean Vegetables with Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Olives and Capers, served with Brown Rice Noodles. I will share tips about making good food choices, such as using beans cooked with Kombu, choosing cans free of BPA, prepping for more than one meal at a time and more.
