Food and Health Technology Breakfast Seminar. Panelists include JP Pollak, PhD – Senior Researcher-in-Residence, Cornell University, Benzi Ronen – Former CEO and Founder of Farmigo, Samuel Slover – Co-Founder & CEO at The Sage Project and adjunct professor at NYU, and Dr. Craig Kenesky, patent attorney with the life science practice at WSGR.
In conversation with Charles Platkin, PhD, JD, MPH, the executive director of the NYC Food Policy Center at Hunter College, we will discuss the intersection and rising interest in food and health technology, learn about recent innovations in food technology for health, and gain a better understanding of how technology can work to improve consumers’ understanding of healthy foods.
