Berry Freezer Jam
Monday, August 19, 2019 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Our final celebration of summertime produce is all about preserving a bounty of seasonal berries. In this hands-on workshop, we discover how to create a freezer jam without needing the time & equipment associated with traditional canned jams. Each participant will take home a jar of fresh berry freezer jam made in our class.
