Hi Everyone,

Last Sunday’s CSA Fair was a Huge Success! I’m not judging it by the number of people who came to meet the farmers and support the vendors, I’m judging it by the energy and joy that everyone felt by being together in community! It was so wonderful to talk with the different farmers, to brainstorm on future collaborations, and to experience the excitement for the upcoming growing season.

Slow Food North Shore is Looking for Food Lovers to Join Our Board!

Slow Food is a push back against fast food, but it’s a lot more than that! It is a global community of individuals who care about the planet, where their food comes from, how it is grown, how it is processed, and that everyone in the food chain, from the farm to the table, is paid a living wage and pays a fair price. In addition, it cares about bringing people together around a convivial table to share the pleasures of conversation and delicious food.
