Chocolate Chip Cookies Vegan and Gluten-Free

- 2 Tbs. ground flax seeds
- 2 Tbs. chia seeds
- ½ cup milk alternative (I used oat milk)
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup GF flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup Tapioca Flour
- 1 cup Arrowroot flour
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts
- ½ t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- ½ t. Cinnamon
- 1 cup Tahini
- 1 Tbs. molasses
- 1-1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 1- 10-12 oz. bag Dark Choc chips
- Mix the flax seeds, chia seeds, and milk alternative together in a small bowl, and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Tahini, molasses, vanilla, and maple syrup together.
- Add the flaxseed mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop cookies onto well-greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn pan, and back for another 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven and how crispy you like them. They will crispen up as they cool.
