Purchase your favorite Gluten Free Pie Crust for the bottom

1 cup oats
⅓ cup pecans
⅓ cup walnuts
? cup brown sugar
? cup coconut oil
? t cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 Tb Gluten Free flour
Instructions
Combine all of the filling ingredients in large bowl, and mix well.
Fill the pie shell into a mound of apples.
Preheat oven to 425*
Peel and core apples. Slice them thinly.
Combine all of the Crumb topping ingredients, making sure to mix the coconut oil evenly over the mixture.
Press crumb topping on top of the apples.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, lower oven to 375* and bake for 40 minutes more or until juices bubble thru top. If the crumb topping starts to burn, cover with piece of aluminum foil.
