In order to make an impact and push back against the Trump administration, we need to organize in our communities and maintain the fight. The authoritarian agenda coming out of this administration: mass deportations, rollbacks of civil rights, weaponized courts, erasing history, and full-scale attacks on our democracy has got to be stopped! It will take all of us, not just on one day, but continually, and these trainings are designed to teach us strategic logic and practice of non-cooperation, as well as the basics of community organizing and campaign design. 

The campaign is called One Million Rising, and the next training is this Wednesday, July 30th

Session 2: ‘How to Make it Happen’ will take place on July 30th. Here you will learn not just our strategy, but how you can lead a discussion with others and get them on board with taking action in your community. You’ll host your first community resistance gathering after this session, before our next session.

Session 3: What Now? is scheduled for August 13th. During this session we will be onboarded to basic campaign design and learn how to implement it locally as well as get plugged into our next national campaign work. Your second community resistance gathering will move this action forward.
