The Seitan Cooking Class was Awesome! Sign up Now for Upcoming Cooking Classes!
It’s been a long time since I hosted an “In Person” cooking class, and it was the first time in my newly renovated kitchen! I must say, it was wonderful! The attendees came with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn, and we had a lovely time getting to know each other while making seitan from scratch. Since seitan takes hours to prepare and cook, I had made a batch before the class started, so that we could move on to the recipes while the seitan was cooking. We made Seitan Marsala, Shepherd’s Pie, and Seitan Bolognese. We picked fresh lettuce and arugula from the garden for our salad and some Bok Choy for the Shepherds Pie. A last minute addition was some Jelly Filled Cookies for dessert. Everyone went home with a box full of samples from all of the dishes we prepared, so they could share the delights with their family.
I have an Indian Cooking Class coming up on July 17th, a Mediterranean Cooking Class on July 24th, and a Pasta Cooking Class on August 7th.
If you register for all 3 classes, you will receive a 20% discount! To sign up, please email me at Bhavani@iEatGreen.com.

Those Invasive Vines are BACK!!
It is a constant battle to keep the vines from overtaking the bushes and trees, but I will not let them win! I find if I do a little each week, I can keep them from winning.
