Calling all chefs and eaters to participate in Food Systems Network NYC’s (FSNYC) Annual Tomato Fest and Great Tomato Un-Cookoff!

FSNYC will gather NYC’s “underground” (and other) chefs to compete head-to-head to transform our region’s best, height-of-the-season tomatoes into tantalizing tomato recipes – simple, refreshing preparations. Think salsa, bruschetta, lightly pre-cooked items and more creative takes on the glorious tomato. All are invited to compete and all ticket proceeds benefit FSNYC, a membership organization dedicated to creating universal access to wholesome, nutritious and healthful food.
