Stop Pesticide Drifts from Ruining Organic Farms

It is a common problem for organic farmers to have their USDA Organic Certification ruined, due to the drift of pesticides sprayed on neighboring farms. The situation could even worsen, with the Environmental Protection Agency approval of Dow AgroSciences’s new weed killer, Enlist Duo.? According to claims, if the Enlist Duo formulation is used as directed to blanket fields of genetically engineered crops, it could drift up to 200 feet.? The EPA reports that older formulations have been known to drift more than 1,000 feet.? Read the article and take action against this possibility.
