Just last week, the US Senate proposed that GMO’s are safe. There was barely even a discussion of them saying anything other than that. We need to keep up the pressure on them and tell them we demand the right to know. We don’t need them to try and convince us that they are safe, we already know they aren’t, so let us make up our own minds at the supermarket. Tell the EPA to Approve Strong Climate Protections

To say the very least, the oil and gas industry is a huge contributor to our pollution problems. Currently, the EPA is developing important new rules to slash climate-damaging methane pollution from the oil and gas industry. This is great news, but we still have to keep the EPA on track and tell them we want them to crack down on Big Oil. We need strict rules and regulations for fracking to reduce pollution. While he donates his Big Pharma speaking and consulting fees to charity, his lucrative salary at Duke University is directly supported by companies like Merck, Novartis, and Eli Lilly.
