Stop OFF-Shore Drilling; Help Protect the Wild Bee Population; Get NY OFF Fossil Fuels

“Imagine offshore oil rigs lining the entire U.S. coast, threatening our coastal communities, beaches and wildlife with dirty oil spills. Under the new offshore drilling program proposed by the Trump administration, this nightmarish scenario could become reality.” – Earth Justice team

Tell the Trump administration that you reject the new offshore drilling proposal by submitting a comment today!

Tell the EPA: Step up and protect Bees!

“Bees are dying – with potentially devastating impacts on our food system. And bee-killing neonic pesticides are largely to blame. These pesticides aren’t just killing bees. A new study just confirmed the widespread presence of neonicotinoids in the Great Lakes and its tributaries. The study suggests fish, birds, and entire ecosystems might be at risk.” – Center for Food Safety

We need you to tell the EPA to take action on these pesticides NOW!
Tell the EPA to ban the use of bee-killing pesticides!

Stand Up to Coal Lobbyists at the EPA: Tell the Senate NO!

Reject Trump's coal lobbyist pick at the EPA

“Last year, Trump nominated coal industry lobbyist Andrew Wheeler to fill the number two spot at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), doubling down on his anti-climate agenda and his dangerous campaign promise to prop up the failing dirty coal industry. News broke Wednesday morning that after Wheeler was nominated, he hosted fundraisers for at least two Republican senators on the Environment and Public Works Committee. Republicans on the committee responded just a few hours later by advancing his nomination to the full senate on a party line vote. We must urge the Senate to block and resist this dangerous climate change denier’s nomination before it comes up for a vote in the next few weeks.”

Tell the Senate: No coal lobbyists at the EPA. Click here to sign the petition.

Let’s Improve Food Labeling NOW

“Earlier this week, the House voted to approve the so-called “Common Sense Nutrition Disclosure Act” (H.R. 722), which would weaken a rule passed under the Obama Administration requiring restaurants to disclose calorie information for food and beverages on menus and menu boards. The bill is now headed to the Senate. We must act fast. Tell your senators to oppose S. 261 and that you refuse to be kept in the dark.
