My Interview with Peter Henry from Consider Bardwell Farm

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share my interview with Peter Henry with all of you! Peter is the Sales and Marketing Manager for Consider Bardwell Farm, which is a beautiful, 300 acre farm in southwestern Vermont, where they produce handcrafted, raw milk goat and cow cheese. The philosophy of the farm is behind the artisanal cheeses they create, from how they raise their animals, to the people making the cheese. And you can really taste the difference in the quality of the flavor and texture. I got to sample the cheeses and meet Peter at the 2015 TEDx Manhattan talks, and was very impressed! Peter has the “tough” job of introducing this wonderful cheese to people at nine farmers markets, as well as distributing it around the country.
