My Interview with Jo Stepaniak, Author of “Low-FODMAP and Vegan”

Hi All,

Yesterday I had the pleasure of interviewing Jo Stepaniak, about her latest book, Low-FODMAP and Vegan; What to Eat When You Can’t Eat Anything. As many people know, who struggle with digestive disorders, finding foods that agree with you can be a challenge, and it can be t_joanne2015especially challenging if you are also on a vegan diet. Jo Stepaniak’s book is a wonderful resource for vegans who have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or other digestive disorders. It clearly guides you through how to do an elimination diet of all foods that are high in FODMAP’s, and then slowly over time, re-introduce different foods, one by one, to discover what foods irritate you and which ones you can tolerate. She shares many delicious recipes, and shows one how to substitute a low-FODMAP ingredient for a high-FODMAP ingredient. This book is a must, for lowfodmapvegans with digestive challenges. To learn more about the low-FODMAP diet, listen to our interview below, and check out her new book, Low-FODMAP and Vegan; What to Eat When You Can’t Eat Anything.
