GMO Rally in Albany, Tuesday the 28th!

Tell the NYS Legislature to Make GMO Labeling the Law NOW!

You have a right to know whether your food contains genetically modified ingredients. In fact, 93% of Americans want labeling of GMO food. And in a democracy, the people?s will should rule, not those of corporate interests.

On April 28th, 2015, New Yorkers from all walks of life ? consumers, parents, workers, business owners, health care professionals, environmentalists, and farmers — will make history by converging on Albany to demand that the New York GMO Labeling bill (A.617/S.485) is voted into law in 2015!

New York has an historic opportunity to strike a decisive blow against the junk food companies and agri-chemical giants fighting to keep us all dining in the dark. An unprecedented number of New York Senators and Assembly Members have already endorsed the NY GMO Labeling bill. Let?s make sure they pass it, and the governor signs it, by mobilizing the full power of our grassroots supporters on April 28th at the rally in Albany. Our neighboring states are also depending on us, because their GMO Labeling Laws have a contingency clause, and only go into effect if NY passes their GMO labeling law! Please sign up for a bus to Albany!

If you haven’t done so already, sign the petition here to get GMO’s labeled in New York State.
