Yesterday, I had a great interview with Earl Fultz,  the Founder and CEO of cHarissa, along with his partner and VP of Operations, Jeri Woodhouse. cHarissa is a condiment, inspired by the Moroccan spice Harissa, but adjusted for the American palate by his late wife, Gloria. It is full flavored, but has nothing artificial or unhealthy in it. No sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, no gluten, no MSG; just cumin, olive oil and lemon. In just 2-1/2 years, it went from a small, one man operation, to a company that ships all over America, and is served at Yankee Stadium and other fine restaurants around the country.
