iEat Green Shares Great Interview with Chef Marcus Guiliano from Aroma Thyme Bistro!

Hi All,

Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Chef Marcus Guiliano, owner of Aroma Thyme Bistro, about his career as a chef, and his path to becoming a real food activist. Through his own personal experience of the healing power of food, Chef Marcus decided that he only wanted to serve his customers the same quality of food that he wanted to eat. That meant it had to be raised and grown in an ethically and sustainable way, and the restaurant had to be a socially responsible business. Chef Marcus organized restaurants to co-purchase together, and forged relationships with local farmers and businesses, using their buying power to support the local economy.

Chef Marcus is host of the controversial FoodFraudTV.com, where he calls out chefs and restaurants who are misleading their customers, and making claims that are not true. His website, ChefonaMission.com will keep you up to date on his food activist activities, his coaching and consulting services, and his healthy food facts and blog.

I really enjoyed this interview and am so happy that there are chefs like, Chef Marcus Guiliano, helping to educate the public, while keeping the whole picture in view, from field to table to fork. If you missed our interview, you can listen to it here!
