I didn’t realize how many of our everyday foods, such as coffee, cheese, beer, soy sauce and bread, are all fermented foods, not just sauerkraut and kimchi. His wisdom and understanding of the importance of adding these live foods into our diets helps balance our digestive system and adds to our well-being.
